Research Coaching Australia is delighted to present a premium professional development and networking event for Research Leaders and professionals who seek to improve the research performance of their institution or organisation by analysing and implementing good practice in research coaching programs


Universities and research institutes face challenges to develop, support and encourage researchers and research leaders.

This forum will provide you with information and advice about the role of research coaching in creating a supportive management style for strengthening research workforce capability.

The forum will allow for discussion and will provide practical knowledge and ideas to improve research performance in your institutions and research organizations.

The forum will provide the opportunity for the research community to share experience and good practice about research coaching approaches, and aims to:

  •  International and other sector experiences with coaching for improved capability.

Who Should Attend?
The forum is for people who need to strengthen research, improve the research performance of researchers or research groups or are considering introducing targeted, systematic coaching programs to support heads of school and research leaders to strengthen research environments.
